ANALISIS DAN PREDIKSI PRODUKSI OVERBURDEN BULAN AGUSTUS 2024 BERDASARKAN DATA OPERASIONAL DAN SIMULASI MINESCAPE DI PT. ARTA BUMI SAKTI, KECAMATAN LOA JANAN, KOTA SAMARINDA, PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TIMUR

Abstract

The Arta Bumi Sakti company is located in East Kalimantan Province, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, Loa Janan District, Tani Bakti Village, km 11 Samarinda. Arta Bumi Sakti company plans to achieve the August Overburden production target of 870,235.21 BCM and the coal target of 165,610.00 MT. During August, the Stripping Ratio was around 5.34, increasing as mining moved towards disposal.  This research uses MINESCAPE 5.7 modeling. This research resulted in a weekly pit design for overburden stripping during the month of August, To obtain coal, the overburden that must be removed is 870,235.21 BCM or the equivalent of 1,087,794 LCM. Based on production calculations, August reached 1,224,659.15 LCM. Based on the target of 870,235.21 BCM or equivalent to 1,087,794 LCM and the production realization of 1,224,659.15 LCM, the production target has been achieved or is 1.22% greater. On the East front, there are 2 units of Hyundai R480-LC9s Backhoe Excavator loading equipment with 10 units of Hino FM280JD Dump Trucks. Then on the South front, there are 3 units of Hyundai R480-LC9s Backhoe Excavator loading equipment with 15 units of Hino FM280JD Dump Trucks, then 2 units of Hyundai HX500LT3 Backhoe Excavator loading equipment with 2 units of Dongfeng DFCI420 Dump Trucks and 3 units of Tonly TLD90 Dump Trucks. Due to the excess production target, a reduction in transportation equipment was carried out with a total of 3 units of FM280JD dump trucks with the resulting production of 101,551.76 LCM on the South front.
