Abstract

In connection with the realization of the Construction Management Young Expert Expert Certification Training and Test work program at the PUPR Service Office of North Sumatra Province for the 2023 Fiscal Year which is intended to support the availability of certified construction experts, so that training was carried out from 22 May 2023 to 27 May 2023 at the Mercury Hotel Medan . The implementation of this training activity is carried out using the training method and Competency Test where the implementation of the two methods is carried out by means of: Lectures/Provision of Information, Focused Group Discussions (FGD), Simulations, Exercises to Assessments. One of the Material Titles that the author presents is Developing a Work Handover Program for a Low Risk Complexity (RR) Size Project. After participating in the Construction Management learning process, participants are expected to be able to understand and apply the preparation of construction work activities. preparation of construction contracts and post-contract signing activities as measured by the competency test on the last day of the activity schedule. The training has been able to provide useful knowledge and provide opportunities for individuals to improve (positive) character according to the competencies required by a Civil Engineer
