Dengan adanya informasi gelombang air laut ini akan membuat warga yang tinggal dipesisir pantai mengetahui, khususnya bila terjadi tsunami. Telegram akan secara otomatis menampilkan informasi telah terjadi tsunami sehingga warga memiliki waktu yang sedini mungkin untuk menyelamatkan diri. Measurements were made as many as 4 (four) measurement points, the length of each stretch of each of the four measurement points was 300 meters. From the interpretation through the value of the Suyono type prisoner in 1978, the estimation of the existence of the water-carrying layer is suspected to be at a depth of about 21.4-82.5 meters with a thickness of 61.1 meters with suspected lithology as an aquifer is</em> <em>sand and gravel to sandstone. The assignment with the smallest possible cost is called optimal assignment. The assignment method using the Hungarian method will first set the cost matrix or also known as the cost matrix. The research method carried out was by deleniating the volcanic distribution of the central Sipiso-piso formation sourced from the Sidikalang regional geological map using the coordinate points resulting from the delenition of the regional geological map as a reference at the research location for collecting data at the research location.
