Abstract

The Center for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Medan City is a plan for building trade facilities in the city of Medan which functions to become a means of developing and empowering the local economy, with training containers and being able to increase productivity at work. It is time to accommodate better UMKM in Medan City for development and empowerment that are integrated with each other. Forms of marketing that can help in addition to business training and technology application are UMKM marketing containers/centers which must be strategic and within reach. Viewed further, the approach that will be taken in accommodating and facilitating UMKM actors is the Industrial Architecture plan approach. Industrial architecture prioritizes functional and efficient aspects, where these aspects use forms according to functions that are able to cover all activities of building users, while efficient means everything that can be applied to various things such as cost efficiency, time and maintenance and development.
